Who are we?

Insta-Chef provides tasty, nutritious, kosher and easily prepared meals, specially suited for people on the go (but not only) . The meals are dehydrated so they are lightweight, have a long shelf life, and don't need refrigerating. The advanced dehydration technology we use helps keep the original raw material's flavors, textures, and nutritional values. 

Insta-chef is a subsidiary of I-fudzon LTD, which was founded a decade ago and specializes in food projects. The company was founded by a group of highly experienced executives in the Israeli food industry with expertise in finance, operations, OpEx, quality and marketing, along with top notch culinary development.

Our combined experience in this field exceeds 100 years.

The meals are manufactured under strict supervision at our factory in Israel, which complies with all the rules and regulations required.

What do we offer?

A Meal in a personal bag, weighing less than 200 grams. 

Prepared simply by adding boiling water and waiting 10 minutes.

The prepared meal is full and satisfying, weighing 430 grams.

Our meals are:

• Nourishing, high-protein, high-fiber, containing all the major food groups.
• Free of: MSG, food colorings, preservatives and artificial extracts. 
• Low Sodium, sugars and saturated fat content.
• Packed in a unique bag that converts into a bowl that you can eat from. A disposable fork is supplied in the bag.
• One year of shelf life - can be stored and used anywhere, anytime.
